The video was probably not uploaded to YouTube by the poster of this blog entry, therefore the violation was not on the part of the blogger but of whomever posted it to YouTube. 

You remind me of a sniveling playground tattle-tale. If you're going to whine, find something substantial and constructive to whine about.</description>
