There were two really big things wrong with this whole case and execution. The first? He committed the crime as a juvenile. 16. The second? Is it really legal to kill a person twice? Once the inmate is strapped to the chair, and the voltage is turned on and off, the prisoner is legally dead. You can't execute a dead person.
